I only use ebay once in a very great while. I recently ordered an item and when it arrived it was very clear that it was not described accurately. The problem is that I checked out as a guest because I was in a hurry and couldn't remember/find my ebay user information and password. I started the return process and was sent a link to contact seller. The link takes me nowhere. Trying to call an ebay representative ii apparently an impossibility and using the ebay "contact us" option doesn't...
