Need to return a second item on a multi-item order
Hi, ordered 4 items from a seller. One was defective, return and refund process was initiated and was successful. Shortly thereafter another of the items was found to be defective. Seller happy to assist, but the return process with eBay does not accommodate for this scenario. Cannot return another item, seems to only allow only one return cycle per order. Tried the Chatbot AI assistant but it is useless, as soon as it sees a return was done and closed, it will not proceed further.
