·2 years agoIf the seller accepts returns, you have 30 days to file for a return.
Since it would be a remorse return, the seller doesn't have to accept a return if there return policy is no returns.

Mentor2 years agoIf it has been 30 days or less since you received the item:
Go to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. Select a reason You will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. If the seller accepts the return, he is responsible for supplying a prepaid shipping label depending on the reason for the return. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
