Need to reprint a label marked shipped bc printer issues , help!
I tried printing a label but my printer wouldn’t connect. I went to try again today and the item is marked as shipped and I cannot figure out how to reprint the label. Please help!

You can reprint your label from here within 24 hours of purchasing it:

If you have exceeded that time limit, you can void the label at the same link, and then use the Purchase another label option found in the dropdown next to your order transaction.
It takes about 14-21 days to receive the refund for a voided label.
