Need to regulate and inform buyers of low quality shipping partners
Seller use of unprofessional shipping companies like Gofo need to be better regulated. There really needs to be a filter and prior listing that limits items to those only being shipped using USPS, then another one for Fedex/UPS/DHL, and then another one for all the random "last mile" logistic companies.
To turn your package over to a company that can't search an address, determine it is a post office prior to taking control of the package, can't determine it has street addressing, that wants to incorrectly argue with you that they can't legally deliver it 2 weeks later, that Fedex/UPS also can't (when they do it all the time) should really he unacceptable.
And when sellers respond to these issues after weeks by just preemptorily issuing a refund with no interest in actually respecting the time wasted, have such little value for their product, do not see to it that your package is delivered, and take no culpability in selecting a crappy shipper, there is clearly a need to improve information and incentives.
