Need to refund buyer that changed ther minde after they changed their mind after they paid for somet
I got paid for an item then the buyer charged there mind the funds went into me bank and I’ve had a hard time giving them there money back. I’m locked out of my banking app as I’ve been putting the wrong info init to menu times I still have the funds I just can’t get it to them can I talk to eBay over the phone as it’s just better this way

·2 years agoHi @jonathmaxf0 Cancel the order, and eBay will automatically refund the buyer as part of the cancellation process.
