Need to refund buyer but not received any payment-- Please help
Hello. I have listed an item and someone bought it, however, I did not see they bought it until it was too late. Now I have to refund the buyer however I have not received any sort of payment. How will I refund the buyer when I do not have the money on me? It says the amount is on hold, will ebay give them their money back?? I am so anxious because this is my first time ever listing an item and I cannot find help anywhere and I don't have any money to give ðŸ˜
