Need to purchase return label as seller

Question

A buyer requested a refund. I granted the request and eBay closed the case. Now I am unable to purchase a shipping label. Any hints on how to purchase a return shipping label?

Hi @vatoelvis

NEVER refund before you receive the item back. Once the case is closed the Buyer can keep the item if you did not issue a label during the claim when it was open.

You can try buying a label and sending it to the Buyer electronically but the Buyer is under no obligation to ship the item back.

If the buyer has been refunded, it is not possible to provide them a return shipping label. Refunding a buyer means that you do not want the item back.
