Mentor1 year agoYou will need to use the CONTACT BUYER link, explain what happened, and hope that the buyer will send the amount back to your Paypal email address.
If you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.
