Need to know if it's a scam
Payment must be submitted via eBay Cards (up to $200.00 at most locations) and can be purchased with cash or debit card at thousands of
stores nationwide. Go with cash or debit card to the Participating Retail Stores and pick up the eBay Cards from the Prepaid Product Section
and take them to the register. The cashier will collect your cash and load it onto the eBay Cards. There are no hidden fees or charges.
Participating Retail Stores include: 7 Eleven, CVS Pharmacy, Walgreens, Dollar General, Family Express, Kroger, Lowes, Rite Aid, Staples, Winn Dixie, Taget, Best Buy, K-Mart, Vons. Meijer, Ralph's, Safeway, HomeDepot, Toy-R-Us, Publix, Gian Eagle, etc.
You can load up to $200.00 onto an eBay Card so you need to buy 4 x $200 eBay Cards.
Verifying the eBay Cards Balance
Once you bought the eBay Cards and loaded the debit, confirm your payment by email with the following
information:
- eBay Card -13 DIGIT NUMBER (scratch-off the portion covering the code).
- Pictures with the back of the eBay Cards where we can see the PIN Numbers (color pictures & readable,
clear).
- Picture of the payment receipt readable.

The funds will not be released under any circumstances. We will hold the payment until you will send us the
confirmation that you have received, inspected and you agree to keep the vehicle. When we will have your confirmation we
will transfer the funds to your Seller.
For your purchase you have to buy exactly the same cards as the draft exposed:
NOTE ! Some stores have their own policy and sell only 2 eBay cards to same person in 24 hours. Feel free to visit multiple stores and
buy as many cards you need to complete your purchase!

eBay Vehicle Purchase Protection(VPP) is an insurance policy that may protect you in specified circumstances against fraud, breach of
warranty and misrepresentation, including the following situations:
Paying for a Vehicle but not receiving it.
Fraud or misrepresentations in the seller's listing as to the seller's ownership of, or title to the Vehicle.
Undisclosed third party charges or encumbrances affecting the Vehicle.
Receiving a different make or model of Vehicle than was described.
Not receiving or not being able to register the certificate of title for the Vehicle.

·3 years agoIt is a SCAM. Report the ad to the website where you found the vehicle advertised.
eBay does not manage sales for items you find on other websites.
The scammer does not have the vehicle.
eBay does not ship vehicles.
eBay does not store vehicals.
The scammer will drain the Gift Cards as soon as they get them and you cannot recover the money they have stolen.
These scams are why some stores limit the amoune of money you can spend on gift cards.

Mentor3 years agoThis is a common scam, and you are dealing with a criminal who is trying to steal your money.
eBay has nothing to do with listings on other sites. If the item isn't listed on the eBay website and if you don't purchase it through the eBay listing, the transaction has nothing to do with eBay.
