Need to know how to report a seller for unethical practice
Seller listed ONYX STORM TARGET SPECIAL ADDITION book on 1-21-25 for $80.00 buy it now. I purchased it. I was then informed they weren't going to be getting their shipment and I was offered a full refund. Strangely, 7 minutes of my accepting the refund they magically relisted the book as "IN HANDS" at $399.00.
That is low to say the least. How can I report this to Ebay, or don't they give a crap?

·1 year agoIf they cancelled the transaction as "Out of Stock or Damaged", they've already penalized their own account. You can report them here if you'd like as well: https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4022
Select "The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies" on the first page, then "Seller doesn’t want to complete the sale" on the second. eBay does take this seriously, but they won't tell you if any action has been taken against the seller.
