My Account was Payout restricted due to INR Rate ,
how to get it back? i chat with Ebay they told, they will release payouts after 180 days,
can i get seller account back?
anyone expert about this issue?

If so, your selling days on Ebay are over.
It doesn't pay to dropship from the river.
