Need to get a refund
I ordered an item and there was not a card or anything that tells me who I can contact to get a refund. I’ve tried to look up the return address and I can’t find it anywhere. It was a bottle of perfume and it wasn’t full, so I’d like a replacement or a refund

Mentor2 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, defective. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
