Need to find out how to get ahold of a live agent
Hi. I ordered an item and I didn't realize it was from China. I started to get suspicious so I pasted the sellers link into grok.com and grok told me it was probably fraudulent seller. Grok told me that they have been on ebay for years and that they most likely make fraudulent supplements and put Name brand labels on the packaging. Grok told me China has really laxed regulations for keeping out lead and other hazardous materials from supplements and that I should cancel the order. So I have tried to call my bank and file a dispute, they told me to go through ebay but there is no customer service number for ebay. I don't know how ebay let this company sell fraudulent items on their platform for years without somebody tipping them off. I reported the seller and told them what grok.com told me about them. I told ebay I want my money back and I don't know what to do at this point. Does somebody have a way for me to contact a live agent with ebay? This is madness.
