Need to find item purchased under guest account-have order number
Hello need help. I must have purchased an item under a guest account. I have the order number, but can’t look up the item to connect with the seller. The item sent has a significant defect and I’d like to connect with the seller to see what can be done about it. Can you tell me how I can find the item with my order number that was purchased as a guest?

Mentor1 week agoYou cannot use your Ebay account to search for orders placed as a guest.
Sign out of your Ebay account and find the Order Confirmation email that you received from Ebay.
Select View order details in your order confirmation email.
Select Return item.
Select your reason for the return and select Next.
You can add a message to the seller and also upload up to 10 photos showing the item's condition.
Select Confirm return.
The seller has 3 business days to get back to you. If they do not respond nor cooperate, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
To ask Ebay to help you, you would need to access your request details. You can either:
From your order confirmation email, go to View order details, then select Resolutions
From the email you received when you opened the request, go to See request details
From the request details, simply select Ask eBay to step in and help.
