Need to contact seller re incomplete item description to return but EBAY has no record of the Order

My order fm 11/16/24 came on 11/20/24 with incorrect description. Even though I have proof of the order #, EBAY says the number doesn't exist! What can I do now??

Double check your Purchase History to find the item: https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase

If you do not find it in your Purchase History, perhaps you purchased it with another Ebay account or as a guest?
