Need to contact SELLER, but EBay wants me to REGISTAR...again and again...but still can't get throug

Question

found the seller. I have tried to contact him many times, but eBay continually wants me to registrar, which I have tried to do.... and redo.... even changing my password...... BUT I can not get into text or gm the seller. I guess I will return the item..... but then I need to be registered, which I am, but the computer keeps sending me in circles, wanting me to reregister...... ? ? ? ?

Any suggestions..... I have been trying to figure this out for over 2 hours........

If you purchased as a guest, sign out of your current eBay account and use the email you received from eBay confirming your purchase to contact your seller.

If prompted to sign in, use the email address associated with the order and the code you received in the email.
