Need to contact eBay to discuss seller performance despite being 99% feedback
I’ve been contacted by eBay questioning my feedback and how to Improve my feedback even though it’s 99% positive. I’m unable to take advantage of eBay special insertion fees due to supposed performance
and
how does one appeal a case closed purchase when the goods are clearly faulty. Buyer advised no returns
