Need to contact Ebay Fraud department. Was sold a stolen laptop
I was sold a stolen macbook that was stolen from company. I have proof of comms between myself and the buyer, myself and the company whos laptop was stolen (the one sold to me from the buyer), and I have a full police report.
How do I get in contact with Ebay fraud department or other relevant department?

If you received the item less than 30 days ago, you can open a return request from your purchase history (for "item doesn't match description") and the seller will have to take it back and refund. Obviously, you'd rather return it to the owner, yet don't want to lose your money on eBay either. If the company that owns the item wants to retrieve it when it reaches the seller, then a return will work.
If you want to speak to an agent first, I would recommend making a request for a callback on this help page:

Scroll to the bottom of the page, click the "Contact us" link and type "agent" into the automated chat that opens. I tested and after typing "agent", had to type "fraud" at the request for more info, and then had to type "agent" at the next request.
Then you should see a callback or chat option with a wait time.
