OP2 weeks agowent through all the menus did everything and I didn't get to talk to a live agent I'm getting sick of it I didn't want to cancel my account try contacting them and there's no one there to give me help with what I need

Mentor2 weeks agoEbay Customer Service does not have a direct phone line because the agents are working in different locations.
Here's how to contact a general customer service agent:

2. Select a category that best matches your problem.
3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with. Be brief, don't go into details.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)
