Need to contact a potential buyer

Question

I'm selling a large item that is located in our property in another state. A potential buy wants to view it. I've tried sending the potential buyer the phone numbers of neighbors who are willing to go to the property and show the potential buyer the item but ebay keeps intercepting my messages. Ebay also intercepted my message to have the potential buyer call me for the numbers. I can't figure out a work-around and I can't find a chat box or anything that will allow me to contact ebay. Any ideas...

We are not allowed to exchange contact information during the listing.

I would bet my morning coffee that once they had your phone number, you would be receiving messages about paying outside the listing, or somehow coaxing you into thinking you have been paid.
Inexperienced sellers with pricey items for sale will always be targeted by scoundrels and creeps.

Hopefully you have made yourself aware of how to avoid losing the product and the money.
There is a lot that could go wrong when a seller isnâ€™t familiar with how eBay works.
