Need to close my store

Question

I don't think I can sell on ebay anymore. I really dont think I will be able to come back. What is the best way to I close my store? If I end up able to come back it will be possible over 3 years.

Fortunately, you don't have an eBay store, so there is nothing to close. You are simply listing items on your account. If you keep your account active (buy a little something once a year just to be on the safe side), your account will still be there if you are able to come back and begin selling again.

You can leave your eBay account open but it sounds like it will go dormant and might be hard to reactivate depending on whether or not you use it for Buying. If you decide to simply close your account then here is a Help page on that, it takes time to close, it is NOT instantaneous: Closing your account | eBay
