Need to change reason for return. Wrong option selected.
I selected the wrong option for a return and I can't go back and change it. How can I get this correct? Impossible to contact eBay support and seller is not cooperating.

You cannot change the reason on a return once you initiate it. What reason did you want to select? Once a return has been closed it cannot be reopened.

Well, unfortunately, you will have to continue with the return using the reason already selected.
