Need to change business policies to add Media Mail option
Instructions state to tap "selling" at bottom of app (which I did), then states to select "List an Item" (which I did), then click pen next to "delivery" to add another shipping option. I do not find DELIVERY?

I just tested this on my phone app.
In order edit or create a new policy, you need to use a web browser not the app.
The steps on the app should be
"selling" at bottom of app (which I did), then states to select "List an Item" then click pen next to "SHIPPING"
then click "choose a policy"
It then tells you to use the browser to edit or create.
