need to change address on a shipping label

The buyer asked to me ship to a different address than the original one. How do I change the shipping address on a label that ebay has already created? I haven't printed it yet.

You donâ€™t. You have no protection against a not received claim if you change it. Tell the buyer that you are unable to change the address, but can cancel their purchase and relist the item. They can then buy the item again with the correct address.

First make sure that the message came from the buyer.

Void the label, which should unmark the order as shipped, then you should be able to cancel as problem with buyerâ€™s address.

Go to Manage shipping labels.
Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Void Label.
Choose your reason for voiding the label.
Select Send request.
