Need to cancel order

Question

Placed an order on March 29.. it's now April 9 (7 business days) and seller hasn't shipped my order and hasn't responded to my messages.. Ebays answer to the issue is to wait longer?!?!? I don't even need the item anymore since it was for an occasion that has passed and had to get same item from a different platform

@micro-1424 Sellers can have handling times of 0 to 40 days. Never expect an item sooner than the last estimated delivery date.

A buyer can not cancel an order, you can however file a refund request if the item is late arriving.
