Need to cancel an undeliverable order
Ordered a set of cylinder heads for my vehicle but, Seller wil not ship to me. Says I can pick it up (he is in California, i am in New Jersey). He is ok with me cancelling but, eBay's system says its too late to cancel (just ordered the item 1 day ago!). Seller says he wont get money unless I confirm order was picked up using a code. Please advise how to get around this roadblock, thanks!
