need to cancel an order due to unexpected defect
I had sold a watch but when I went to pack it for shipping, I tried the change the time but could not get the appropriate knob to work. I emailed the buyer giving him the option to cancel, which is what he did. He has already paid for the watch but I have not shipped it. How do I proceed from here.
