NEED TO BE ABLE TO BLOCK SELLERS

OVER THE LAST MONTH I HAVE HAD 7+ SELLERS SELL ITEMS THEY DO NOT HAVE. I HAVE HAD TO SPEND HOURS AND HOURS TO MAKE SURE THEY RESPOND TO MY MESSAGES AND GET THEM ALL REFUNDED. AND HAVING TO CHECK WITH MY CC STATEMENT FOR ALL THE REFUNDS. THIS IS INCONVENIENT AND TIMELY . OVER THE LAST 27YEARS WITH EBAY I HAVE WISHED I COULD BLOCK SELLERS. IN THIS TIME OF SCAMS AND THEFTS WE THE BUYERS HAVE RIGHTS TO BUY WHO WE TRUST.....

There is no blocked a seller list, however when you use the advanced search page scroll to the bottom of the page and in the Sellers section put the sellers ID in the box and in the drop down select exclude.
