Need to amend shipping lable

Question

eBay label was for 1 lb and the item is 12 lbs. How do I get the correct label re-issued? EBay think the item has been shipped with tracking number issued. The same question was already asked and someone had answered. I read the instructions and disappeared.

You need to void the incorrect label, then select print another label with the correct weight. Both are in your label history.

To void the existing label -

Go to Manage shipping labels.
Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Void Label.
Choose your reason for voiding the label.
Select Send request.
