I need specific info about a very complicated transaction. I used the site to ask an agent to call me. I received a message saying it would be in 20 minutes. After two hours, I gave up. No phone call from ebay. I will probably get negative feedback from the customer for not having the answer we need. Customer service on 12/26 is non-existent.
