Need some words of wisdom on a keyboard piano i sold and the buyer recieved it broken
They signed for the piano and then they took the piano apart.
The sent me a picture of a bunch of broken parts and want a refund. To me, this is not correct to issue refund as suggested by ebay. Not sure how to Properly handle the situation sincerely.
Any advice will help.
