Need return requst but seller does not accept returns

Bought item that does not turn on seller told me to request a return but seller does not accept returns. What can I do?

You are covered by eBay buyer protection.

Open a return request for "not as described, doesn't work"

The seller will have to send you a label and refund when you ship it back (or they can immediately refund you)

This overrides any return policy the seller may have.
