Need refund on damaged item I sold and shipped on E-Bay.
I had an item that was damaged in shipping. How do I get paid for a damaged item that I sold on E-Bay?

You file a claim with the carrier. If sent usps, start here - https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
Your buyer does not have to wait for your claim - you should have him open a return request so you can refund now.
