Need my full refund for an order never shipped
I've placed an order for more that 2 weeks , this package has never been shipped , the seller never replied to my messages . So i'm tired of asking my refund on ebay

Ebay shows this account is registered from Haiti.
If you purchased something on the eBay U.S. site, go to that item and check the Order Details. That will show the estimated delivery date. Once it is one day past that date, go back to the item and open an Item Not Received refund request. The Seller will have three business days to respond with either a valid tracking number showing its about to be delivered or a full refund. If they do not respond, on the 4th day, go back to your request and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
You must open a refund request on eBay for them to help you.
