Need Moderator Guidance: Completing Identity Verification Hold (Username: afssal26)
Hi everyone and Community Moderators,
My account (afssal26) received a temporary restriction email stating eBay needs to verify my seller account details. The email mentions my listings have been moved to the Unsold folder and asks me to contact support within 30 days.
I am eager to submit my verification documents (ID, proof of address, bank statements) to clear this flag, but I am having trouble reaching a representative who can provide the upload link.
Could an active Community Moderator please help escalate this to the appropriate account verification team so I can submit my documents?
