Need international buyers for a product
I have about 1000 pairs of shoes that need to be sold internationally. How do I list them and how do I contact International buyers?

You don't contact any Buyers. They search for items on the internet and if they find your items they may consider buying them.
You are a relatively new Seller and have 3 sales in the last 90 days. You only have 15 items for sale. Part of selling is a numbers game. The more items you have for sale the better chance there is that something will sell. I suggest that you find more things to list for sale.
You might try putting the shoe size in the title of your listings ...

A quick glance at your active listings shows that you are already enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program (eIS). Your listings are already available for International Buyers to purchase.
