Need help with the order that hasn’t arrived
Summary: voloshi_71 is experiencing issues with an order placed on July 10 that has not moved since July 17. The seller keeps asking them to wait, and attempts to secure a refund have been denied based on the eBay Money Back Guarantee expiration. They are seeking advice on how to proceed since tracking confirms the order has not arrived.
Help me pls.
I placed the order on July 10.
On July 17, my order stopped moving. This can be seen from the track number.
The seller is always asking to wait. But it’s already been a long time. I want to get my money back.
Whenever I press for a refund, I get this response:
'Items that have not arrived are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the estimated delivery date. That coverage period has expired for this item.'
What should I do? The number track shows well that the goods have not arrived anywhere.

Never let a seller stop you from starting an "item not received" claim, as you only have thirty days from the last estimated delivery date to start your case with eBay. After thirty days, eBay will not be able to help.
You may still have recourse through your payment method. Many credit cards offer up to six months of protection for items that are not received.
