Need help with support
Basically I got scammed, and now I can't do anything about it. I can't get in contact with a support agent about it because it was more than 90 days ago. The support bot is absolutely useless, the seller has scammed other people in the past. I am down $250 because of this and it feels like there is nothing I can do. I got in contact with an agent one time and they said all I can really do is report the seller, or report shipping claims or mail fraud. How do I do either of those. Please someone help me.

Mentor2 years agoeBay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. You have Buyer Protections for 30 days after the item is delivered. You don't indicate what the issue is. If you paid via a credit card you may be able to contact the credit card company for a possible resolution.

OP2 years agoIt was a graphics card, and it just isn't working how it is supposed to. I should be getting upwards of 300-350 fps but I am getting 65. I am pretty sure there is not much I can do now besides maybe get it repaired if it is a physical issue. I just want to be able to make sure no one is scammed again by this seller, as there were 5 other reviews saying they got scammed.
