Need help with shipping label
I just made my first sale on ebay. I'm new to this. I purchased a label printer, and I downloaded the label like the customer rep told me to (printer manufacturer).
The problem is my labels are 4 by 6. When it prints out, it is printing the label super small, horizontal instead of vertical. I have the printing settings set to
100mm x 150 mm (manufacturer recommendations). It is printing extremely small landscape instead of portrait. I don't know how to fix this problem and can't seem to speak to a real person in customer service for ebay.
Please help!
