Need help with seller contact info
I received an item that does not match the description (wrong size). I ordered it before I set up an account so eBay had no purchase record. I know the name of the seller from email confirmations but I can’t find the contact info to reach the seller. The seller is samchap2001. I tried to use online help on eBay but got nowhere. I tried to search and use advance search on eBay from my phone. No result for seller- I’m sure I did something wrong on the search. Can someone who knows how - look up this seller‘s contact info?

Mentor10 months agoSince you purchased the item as a guest it will not be part of your account. You need to find the email confirmation eBay sent you and it will have special log in instructions that are specific for that item. When you log in using those instructions you will be able to open any case for the item you need.
