Hi everyone, I purchased a Focusrite 18i8 3rd Gen from eBay, but the unit I received is defective â€” it doesnâ€™t connect to my computer at all. I tried multiple data-capable USB cables, but the issue remains. The seller has been kind and is willing to help, but USPS isnâ€™t available in my country (Georgia), so returning the item would cost more than the product itself and Iâ€™d also need to pay customs again. I would really appreciate advice or assistance on how to get a refund...
