Hello I bought a cover from an email address tamontelongo@yahoo.com i need help figuring out which account I used so I can do a refund please help

Did you send a payment to a Seller who asked you to send money to their PayPal account with that email address?

Did they actually ship you something that you need a refund? Or did you never receive anything and now you want your money back?

If all you did was send money to a PayPal account you did not buy anything nor will you get your money back ... that is a scam.

When you purchase on eBay you use the Checkout process and pay with YOUR PayPal account debit or credit card. You never have to "send" money.

When you buy an item on Ebay, you don't buy from an email address. Was the item found here on Ebay or another site?
