need help with fixing a violation on a listing

i have an item that i have been selling on ebay for years and suddenly ebay pulled it as a violation, even though others with the same listing are still live. when i click on fixing the listing - the only option i get is to to cancel the listing.... i reached out to ebay through their terrible " customer service " portal and i cannot reach a live person to chat or to talk to...
