Need help with customer service
I have had many terrible experiences with e-bay. I can never get a human to respond to my issues. The automated service repeats and directs me back to the same information. What happened to customer service?

Mentor3 years agoYou should be able to use the chat assistant to request a chat with an agent or a call back in North America. Try typing "agent" into the chat window and following the prompts for your issue.
