Need help with bad seller
I bought a original spider gremlin for $113 and the seller packaged it in a very flimsy old tight box with duct tap worst packaging I’ve ever seen!!! and there was something loose in the gremlins box so I checked it he was broke! Seller accepted return I sent it out he got it the next day but refuses to refund me.

·2 years agoIf the item has been returned to the seller and they haven't given you a refund after 2 business days, you can ask eBay to step in and help.

OP2 years agoThanks I just know this seller is not gonna play fair. The box he shipped it in was so used and flimsy with no space no strength it was duct taped and was protected with very little paper I heard something loose in the gremlins box. You can’t see the figure so I had to check I didn’t want to but I’m glad I did it was broken. The seller either knew there was something loose in it so he shipped it in a horrible used box to blame shipping or while shipping if they placed anything with weight on it it could have did it because basically he would have been better off wrapping it in bubble wrap with no box than what he did. Seller claims he packaged it well and that maybe shipping really mishandled it. Which is a fat lie!!! There’s no way! The box he used looked and felt 15 years old and used badly. I spent a lot on it too
