Need help ! with attack on feedback ebay has been no help and promotes misuse of feedback
Basically the other evening I received an offer on a piece of furniture (I sell mostly local pickup items)
I accepted the offer, glad to have the sale, within 3 minutes I got a request to cancel the order , again part of the business so of course I accepted the cancel and the transaction was done . THE BUYER REQUESTED THE CANCEL AND IT WAS CANCELLED WITHIN 15 MIN TOTAL. well guess what they left negative feedback , how is that possible , well simple there are members out there that have been tasked with doing exactly as this buyer did and manipulate the system . A fellow dealer decided to pull all of his items for the same exact reason. I sent a feedback revision, the buyer says oh yes your perfect and I already agreed to the revision but they havnt done anything and are basically pretending they did it. ITS TERRIBLE ITS BEEN REPORTED EBAY WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT IT , MY REPUTATION IS IMPORTANT I HAD ALMOST 4000 HAPPY CUSTOMERS AND 1 MALICIOUS PERSON COMES ALONG THAT DOESNT EVEN BUY ANYTHING AND THEY LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ! WHEN CONTACTING EBAY ABOUT IT , IT WAS LIKE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ARE ROBOTS AND THERE NOT ACTAULLY UNDERSTANDING WHAT HAPPENED SO FRUSTERATIING, MY ONLY SOLUTION IS WELL I AM BEGINING THE PROCESS ON THE SIGHT CHAIRISH IF THINGS GO WELL I WILL BE TRANSFERRING ALL MY LISTINGS THERE

Mentor2 years agoSince the buyer did not accept the feedback revision request, I suggest you reply to that neg feedback.

OP2 years agothats great but , how is it possible to even recieve negative feedback on an item that the buyer requested to cancel immediately after purchasing . To be honest it seems most certain a way for dishonest people to do this sort of thing on purpose.
