Need help with a return

Bought shoes. They came four sizes too small. eBay told me and buyer he had a week to rectify or give shipping instructions. He didn’t. I got my full refund this morning but no instructions on where to ship the shoes? I am so confused

If you filed a claim with eBay and the Seller refunded the claim in full then you will not have to return the shoes. Normally you would be issued a return label from eBay charged to the Seller for an item that Does not match the pictures or description.

I suspect the Seller decided not to spend the money on the return label and the shoes may not be a big Seller. They must have decided to just refund you instead. Or they are new and did not realize they needed to wait unitl the item was returned before refunding. In either case the transaction is considered complete by eBay.
