Need help with a refund

Question

I returned an item to a seller a couple of months ago. He received it back on September. Here it is November and he still hasnâ€™t sent me my refund. I canâ€™t get any help from Ebay. What do I do?

@grico17 . Your only option now is to contact your funding source with the tracking that shows delivery back to the seller. I had to do that one time with a return on a different website.

Hi @grico17

-If you used an official eBay return claim the Seller had 2 days to refund you, failing that you could have gone back tot he claim and asked eBay to step in and force the refund. At this point it is too late and there is nothing eBay will do.

-If all you did was ship the item back to the Seller outside an eBay claim then the Seller has no plans to refund you and eBay will not do anything because it was done outside eBay.
