Need help with a partial refund
The sell consisted of 8 identical items. The buyer kept 3 and returned 5 to me. The amount I want to deduct from the refund exceeds 20% and ebay will not allow me to process the full amount that I am due for the 3 items the buyer kept. How do I proceed? I only have 2 days before ebay will issue them a full refund.
